Volunteers required to run 'drop in' sessions, where members of the public can call in with queries or problems using the basics of the internet-how to get online,use search engines,email and general everyday use. You will be part of a team giving a couple of hours in your community to answer general queries and offering assistance with basic problems that learners come accross.
